Why Every Woman Deserves a Beach Photoshoot
We started this session early in the morning in Laguna Beach.
No sun, no golden light — just quiet waves, cool air, and a nearly empty beach. And honestly, it turned out perfect. That soft, cloudy light? It works really well for portraits. Nothing harsh. Just calm.
After the shoot, my client said,
“I don’t even remember the last time I did something just for me.”
And that’s kind of the whole point.
You don’t need a big reason. You don’t need a special event. Sometimes it’s enough to just take a breather and do something simple — something that feels like you.
You don’t need to be a model. You don’t need to know how to pose. I’ll guide you the whole way. If it’s a chilly morning, we’ll choose an outfit that’s warm and flattering. You’ll feel good — and it’ll show in the photos.
And if the sun never shows up? Honestly, some of my favorite sessions happened without it. Cloudy mornings make everything look soft and natural. They bring out real mood and feeling.
So if you’ve been thinking about doing a beach photoshoot, but something keeps stopping you — maybe this is your sign.
No pressure. No perfect conditions. Just you, the ocean, and a bit of time to enjoy it
